Leslie Prideaux

Leslie Prideaux, Ph.D., has a strong background in alumni engagement and relations. Leslie currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President of Alumni Engagement at the University of Iowa Center for Advancement, starting in 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Assistant Vice President for Alumni Relations at the University of Northern Iowa from 2019 to 2023. Preceding that, they held the position of Director of Alumni Relations at the same institution from 2013 to 2019. Before their time at the University of Northern Iowa, Leslie worked at the University of Iowa Alumni Association as the Assistant Director of Programs from 2008 to 2013. Leslie was responsible for creating, implementing, and assessing new university and community-wide events, as well as serving as an advisor.

Leslie Prideaux, Ph.D. began their education at the University of Iowa, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History, Journalism, Mass Communications, and English between 2003 and 2008. Following this, they pursued further studies at the University of Iowa and completed a Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs in 2012.

Leslie then enrolled at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2017, where they worked towards a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration. Their doctoral studies concluded in 2022.
