Matt Kuster

Matt Kuster is an experienced development professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Development for the Vision Program and the University of Iowa College of Engineering at the University of Iowa Center for Advancement since September 2016. Kuster has a robust background in securing private support from alumni and friends of Hawkeye Engineering. Prior to this role, Kuster held various positions within the College of Engineering, including Director and Associate Director of Development. Before joining the University of Iowa, Kuster worked as a Market Representative at Federated Insurance Company, where expertise was provided in risk management and insurance solutions for small to medium businesses. Kuster holds a Master's degree in History from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Northern Iowa.
