Eric Rice

Eric Rice has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Eric is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at North American Savings Bank since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at The University of Kansas Health System from April 2016. Before that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Saint Luke's Health System from October 2011 to April 2016. Eric also has experience as a Human Capital Consultant at United Health Group - Optum Rx from March 2009 to October 2011, as an HR Manager at Ingersoll Rand from June 2007 to March 2009, as an HR Manager at H&R Block from 2005 to 2007, and in various HR roles at Sprint from 1998 to 2004.

Eric Rice has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Human Resources from the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business. Eric also earned a Masters in Human Resource Management from Ottawa University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Kansas State University.
