Jeff Risinger has had an extensive career in various leadership roles related to human resources. Jeff most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at The University of Kansas Health System. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President - Talent, Culture, and Human Resources at The Ohio State University. Jeff also held the positions of Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at both Texas A&M University and University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Earlier in their career, they served as the Chief Human Capital Officer at the Federal Housing Finance Agency and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Jeff began their career as the Deputy Associate Director at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
Jeff Risinger holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from the University of Texas at Tyler. Prior to their PhD, they completed an MBA at the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Jeff also obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University.
