Trish Idarola

Trish Idarola's work experience begins in 1998 when they joined the USF Foundation, Inc. as the Director of Central Records before later taking on the role of Associate Director of Prospect Management and Research. During their time at USF, Trish rebuilt the prospect research department and established strong relationships with various units within the organization. In 2008, they moved on to the Make-A-Wish Foundation where they held positions as Senior Manager of Prospect Research and Data Administration, as well as Senior Manager of Business Intelligence. At Make-A-Wish, Trish oversaw donor recognition, prospect research, and data administration, managing significant budgets and developing strategies for effective prospect management. In 2013, Trish joined the Boys and Girls Clubs of America as the Director of Prospect Research, Club Services, where they supported the prospect development efforts of a major gifts initiative. Finally, in 2015, they joined The University of New Mexico Foundation, Inc. as the Director of Prospect Development. In this role, Trish refocused the prospect research and management team, building relationships with various departments and implementing a holistic and strategic approach to work with frontline fundraisers. Trish has since taken on the roles of Senior Associate Vice President of Digital Strategy, Services, and Analytics, and Chief Digital Strategy and Solutions Officer.
