Reginald Oxendine

Reginald Oxendine, Jr., EDD, MaEd-IT, MSA, currently serves as a teacher with Horry County Schools since September 2023 and has been an adjunct professor at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke since January 2004, focusing on instructional technology.
