Rafael Villaruz

Rafael Villaruz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health innovation and education. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Kaiser Permanente and a Leadership + Career Coach at Villaruz Consulting, Rafael has held various management roles within Kaiser Permanente's Internal Medicine and Neurology departments. As a faculty member at the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine and an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Long Beach, Rafael contributes to academic excellence. Additionally, a Program Advisor for Design Thinking at Cal Poly Pomona, Rafael previously co-owned a business and managed clinic operations at Keck Medicine of USC.
