Jessica Leonard currently serves as a Specialist in Learning and Student Experience Design and previously as a Senior Education Designer at The University of Queensland, where the focus is on enhancing the teaching and learning experiences of first-year students within the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law. Prior experience includes roles at The London School of Economics and Political Science, managing academic development activities, and overseeing executive degree programs in Public Administration and Public Policy. Jessica has also worked as an International Student Advisor at the University of Alberta, providing support to international students, and served as a Student Services Officer at Arcadia University, specializing in study abroad experiences. Early teaching roles involved instructing English as a Second Language in various educational settings. Jessica is pursuing a Doctor of Education at the Queensland University of Technology and holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Philosophy in Literature from Trinity College Dublin and a PG Cert in Higher Education Teaching and Learning from the University of London.
