Michael Hollewand

Michael Hollewand is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in executive advisory services, particularly in asset-intensive industries such as energy, chemicals, and manufacturing. As the Director and Principal Management Consultant at Hollewand Consulting Associates Pty Ltd since 2014, Michael focuses on leadership, strategy, and business performance improvement. Additionally, Michael serves as an Adjunct Professor and Industry Fellow at The University of Queensland, teaching MBA and Executive Education courses. Previous roles include Vice President of Special Projects at QGC and various leadership positions at BG Group, where Michael spearheaded capability development and transformation initiatives. Michael's career began at Zeneca Pharmaceuticals as a Manufacturing Plant Manager and includes consulting work at McKinsey & Company.
