Gareth Puttock

Gareth Puttock is a Director at Practice 13 since January 2023, currently overseeing multiple on-site projects, including a Low Energy and Low Carbon Materials House in the Peak District and a Passivhaus in Derbyshire Dales. Additionally, Gareth serves as a University Teacher at the University of Sheffield, where responsibilities include leading the MSc Sustainable Architecture Studies program and teaching design. Prior experience includes an Associate Architect role at Evans Vettori, working on award-winning higher education and residential projects, as well as significant positions at Gort Scott, Haverstock, Hudson Architects, and Alexander Sedgley. Gareth holds a Master's degree in Architecture: Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies from the Centre for Alternative Technology and a Master’s of Architecture from The University of Sheffield, along with a BA (Hons) in Architecture.
