Kate Richardson

Kate Richardson is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Education Development Manager (Technology) and previously in roles such as Faculty Education and Employability Manager and Faculty Education and Student Experience Manager at The University of Sheffield since July 2022. With a background that includes positions as an Academic Development Adviser and Quality Management Adviser at the same university, Kate has extensive experience in teaching, curriculum development, quality assurance, and enhancing student experience. Prior to academia, Kate worked as a Primary School Teacher in various challenging urban settings and gained administrative experience as a Department PA in a multidisciplinary teaching hospital. Kate holds a Master of Education in Teaching & Learning in Higher Education from The University of Sheffield and several other relevant qualifications in education.
