Katherine Runswick-Cole

Katherine Runswick-Cole currently holds the position of Chair in Education at The University of Sheffield, a role commenced in November 2017. Prior to this, Katherine served in various academic capacities at Manchester Metropolitan University from September 2008 to November 2017, including Professor of Critical Disability Studies & Psychology and Senior Research Fellow in Disability Studies & Psychology. Katherine's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from The Open University, along with a PGCE from Chichester Institute of HE, and an MA (Hons) in Modern History and Philosophy from The University of St Andrews.
