Michelle Deininger

Michelle Deininger serves as the Interim Director of Lifelong Learning and a Senior Lecturer in Humanities at Cardiff University, where responsibilities include coordinating the humanities adult learning provision and teaching on various literature modules aimed at diverse student backgrounds. Additionally, Michelle holds external examiner roles for the Go Higher Access Programme at the University of Liverpool and the Foundation Year in Humanities at The University of Sheffield. Previous experience includes a Quality Enhancement Officer position at Cardiff Metropolitan University, alongside teaching roles at St David's Catholic College and as a Postgraduate Tutor at Cardiff University. Michelle's academic qualifications include a Ph.D., a Master's Degree, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Cardiff University, complemented by a recent Postgraduate Microcredential in Online Teaching from The Open University.
