James Newton

James Newton is a PhD graduate student in the Research, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment (RESA) program at The University of Southern Mississippi, where comprehensive doctoral coursework has been completed in quantitative and qualitative analysis, program evaluation, and institutional research. With professional experience as an applied statistician and business intelligence analyst at the U.S. Department of Energy, James utilizes diverse statistical techniques and programs, including SPSS and R, for analyzing complex data.
