Mike Lopinto

Mike Lopinto serves as the Executive Director of the Hattiesburg Civic Chorus & Concert Association Inc., a role held since July 2022, where the organization promotes music and arts in Mississippi. Additionally, since August 2002, Mike has been associated with The University of Southern Mississippi in various capacities, including Assistant to the Dean for Arts Administration and School of Music PR/Marketing and Event Coordinator. As Artistic Director for FestivalSouth since June 2013, Mike oversees a prominent arts festival that celebrates diverse artistic expressions in Hattiesburg. Previous experience includes working as Marketing and Educational Outreach Coordinator for the USM Symphony Orchestra and a tenure at Grande Affairs International as Senior Partner. Mike holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from The University of Southern Mississippi, earned between 2002 and 2004.
