Alan Waddell

Alan Waddell is an experienced education professional currently serving as the International Recruitment Manager for East & Central Asia and previously as the Student Recruitment Manager for Scotland at the University of Stirling since May 2022. Waddell's expertise includes managing recruitment projects aimed at engaging various groups such as care experienced individuals, refugees, and veterans. Prior to this, Waddell held multiple roles at Falkirk Council from April 2018 to May 2022, including Head of House and Principal Teacher of Positive Destinations, focusing on pastoral care and career development for students.
