Andy Gair

Andy Gair is a highly experienced educator and leader in the field of sports coaching and development. Currently serving as Course Leader for the B.Sc Honours in Sport Coaching at Sheffield Hallam University and Senior Lecturer in Sports Coaching, Andy has held various academic leadership roles, including External Examiner for multiple institutions. With a rich history in rugby coaching, Andy has been affiliated with the Scottish Rugby Union as a divisional coach and has contributed significantly to England Rugby as a coach educator and mentor. Over the years, Andy has also owned and directed Apex SLM, focusing on enhancing sports participation and coach education, and has served in leadership positions for sports qualifications organizations. Andy's educational background includes an M.Sc in Sports Management, a Diploma in Sport Psychology, and a B.Ed Hons in Physical Education.
