Ciarán McFadden-Young

Ciarán McFadden-Young is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behavior & Human Resource Management at the University of Stirling since October 2022, with previous experience as an Associate Professor at Edinburgh Napier University from January 2017 to October 2022. At Edinburgh Napier University, Ciarán held multiple roles, including Programme Leader for the MBA Online and BA HRM with Organizational Psychology (Top-up) for both the UK and Hong Kong, in addition to serving as the Business School Academic Lead for Inclusion. Prior academic experience includes serving as a PhD Student at Maynooth University, where the thesis focused on identity management among LGBTQ+ employees in the Irish workplace, and as an Occasional Lecturer, teaching various modules in Organizational Behaviour and management. Ciarán holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management, an MSc in Business Management, and a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science, all from Maynooth University.
