Harry Adam

Harry Adam was the HR Director for Ian Williams a leading property services company before he retired in 2011. Currently he is a Board member at Construction Skills and Chair of their Audit Committee.

Harry started his early career was with British Steel since then he held a number of senior HR positions including HR Directors of Foseco Europe, Burmah Castrol Chemicals and the International Lubricants Division of BP.

His skills include strategy development, large scale change management, employment law, leadership development and performance management.
