Brett Fuchs

Brett Fuchs currently serves as the Director of Emergency Management, Threat Assessment, and Safety, as well as Public Information Officer at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga since August 2016. Prior roles include Director of Student Conduct and Associate Dean of Students, where Brett managed various student services and support initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Housing & Residence Life at Missouri Valley College and as Assistant Residence Hall Director at the University of Connecticut. Brett holds a Doctor of Education in Learning and Leadership from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, an Executive Education credential in Crisis Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master's in Higher Education & Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Allegheny College.
