Chang Phuong, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of information technology and cybersecurity. Chang'smost recent position was as the Director of BAS-IT Cybersecurity and Lecturer at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Information Security Governance and Compliance at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Chang also served as the Department Chair of Information Systems Technology at Chattanooga State Community College. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Systems Consultant II at Unum, Business Analyst Programmer at Cigna, LAN Administrator at Healthsource Provident, and Systems Integrator at Tennessee Valley Authority.
