Kyla Smith

Kyla Smith is a dedicated professional currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, expected to be completed by April 2026. Kyla has gained valuable experience as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Prior to this, Kyla served as the General Manager and Food Counter Clerk at King Kone Creamery, demonstrating strong leadership and customer service skills. Additionally, Kyla held the position of Teaching Assistant at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania while completing a Bachelor's degree, which was conferred in December 2023.
