Allen Stanton serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, focusing on strategic planning in collaboration with the Dean of the College of Dentistry and managing key relationships with stakeholders. Previously, Allen held positions at The University of Tennessee Southern, including Chief of Mission Integration and Outreach and Executive Director of the Turner Center for Rural Vitality, where Allen developed notable partnerships and programs. Prior experience includes serving as Pastor at Merritt's Chapel United Methodist Church and as a Rural Church Fellow with the Institute for Emerging Issues. Allen holds a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Religion from Wake Forest University.
