Stan Latocha

Stan Latocha has extensive experience in laboratory animal care and operations management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center since April 2017, Stan oversees the Lab Animal Care Unit and manages a significant operational budget. Prior to this role, Stan worked as Facility Director at TriMetis from November 2012 to April 2017, demonstrating leadership in a GLP-accredited vivarium while adhering to regulatory standards. Stan's previous tenure at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 1993 to 2011 featured roles including Senior Operations Manager, Technical Operations Manager, and Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed the oversight of multiple GLP vivarium facilities and ensuring compliance with quality assurance protocols. Stan holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Delaware Valley University.
