Beth Phillips

Beth Phillips has extensive experience in economic development, currently serving as Special Projects Manager and previously as Economic Development Director at the University of Tennessee since January 2010. Prior to this, Beth held the role of Economic Development Specialist at the University of Tennessee Institute for Public Service from November 2006 to December 2009, and was an Economic Development Consultant for the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development from March 1983 to November 2006. Beth Phillips earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee from 1984 to 1987, and a BBA in Marketing and Transportation from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1975 to 1979.
