Dominique Joyner

Dominique Joyner is a Research Associate with extensive experience in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Tennessee and the Biosciences Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory since February 2012. Responsibilities include developing cost estimates, budgets, resource and data management plans, and timelines, as well as monitoring project progress and performance. Dominique assists in grant preparation, technical report development, and ensures effective communication among collaborators, sponsors, and team members. Prior experience includes managing the Center for Environmental Biotechnology at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where Dominique oversaw resource management, operations, and compliance with safety regulations and supported various research projects. Dominique holds a Master of Science degree in Plant and Microbial Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology from California State University, Northridge.
