Joshua Metz

Joshua Metz, P.E. currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tennessee, teaching courses in CADD Applications in Civil Engineering and Geomatics. With an extensive background in civil engineering, Joshua holds the position of Operations District 19 Engineer at the Tennessee Department of Transportation since June 2014. Previous experience includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee and a Structural Design Engineer Intern at Chad Stewart & Associates. Joshua's professional journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where a five-year tenure as a Sergeant involved ground radio repair. Joshua's academic credentials include an MBA from Tennessee Technological University and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
