Amar K. Patel

Amar K. Patel currently serves as a Board Member for the School of Economics at The University of Texas at Austin, offering consulting and advisory expertise across various departmental areas. Prior to this role, Amar was an Operating Partner at The Riverside Company, managing a portfolio of SaaS and technology companies, and also acted as an outside board member for Pro-Vigil and Lexipol. As President and CEO of Connectria, Amar led the transformation into a SaaS-enabled cloud services company, culminating in its acquisition by LightEdge. Amar's extensive career in sales and revenue generation includes significant leadership positions at Liquid Web, TenFold, Rackspace, and Dell, alongside earlier experience as a Bank Examiner at the FDIC. Amar holds a BA in Business Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and completed the Digital Marketing Program at Columbia Business School Executive Education.
