Emma Wu Dowd

Emma Wu Dowd is an experienced professional in analytics and research with a strong academic background. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Analytics and Institutional Analytics at The University of Texas at Austin since September 2018, Emma has held various roles including Director of Enrollment Analytics and Senior Associate Director of Student Success Initiatives. Prior to this, Emma worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at The Ohio State University from 2016 to 2018 as an NIH NRSA F32 Fellow. Early career experience includes a position as a Market Insights Intern at Google in 2010. Academically, Emma holds a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Duke University, a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Harvard University, and two MSc degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology from King's College London and UCL, respectively.
