Love Muwwakkil

Love Muwwakkil is a Lecturer in the Department of Theatre and Dance at The University of Texas at Austin since August 2022, previously serving as a Teaching Assistant for Advanced Contemporary. Love has extensive experience in the performing arts, having worked with Urban Bush Women as Co-Rehearsal Director and Dancer from 2013 to August 2024. Educationally, Love holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master of Fine Arts in Dance & Social Justice from The University of Texas at Austin.
