Lydia Chen

Lydia Chen is an experienced professional in research data analytics, currently serving as the Research Data Analytics Manager at The University of Texas at Austin since September 2022. Prior roles include Research Data Analyst within the Office of the Vice President for Research, Scholarship, and Creative Endeavors, and Associate Director of Operations and Data Management at the Center for Applied Cognitive Science from 2019 to September 2022. Lydia also contributed as a Research Technician and held various research fellowships and assistant positions at The University of Texas at Austin between 2017 and 2019, in addition to serving as a Senior Peer Advisor in the College of Liberal Arts. Earlier experience includes being an Americorps Member with Project Transformation - North Texas in 2016. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, awarded in 2019.
