Galite Hyams

Galite Hyams, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a seasoned Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience in administering assessments and therapy for adults with acquired neurogenic disorders. With current roles at The University of Texas at Dallas and Life Care Services, Galite also has a background as a bilingual Speech Language Pathologist at Pate Rehabilitation and KidsCare Home Health, where therapy is provided in multiple languages. In addition to clinical practice, Galite serves as a Yoga Teacher and engages in voice-over work, narration, and Spanish translation. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of North Texas, complemented by multiple Bachelor’s Degrees in the same field, Speech Communications, and Spanish from Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona. Galite has also contributed to research on early intervention techniques for autism.
