Rhonda Bush

Rhonda Bush is an experienced higher education administrator, currently serving as Assistant Dean of Executive Education and Director of the Global Leadership MBA program at The University of Texas at Dallas since February 2014. Bush has successfully transformed the Global Leadership MBA program from a 70%-hybrid format to a 100% online program, leading to over a 200% increase in enrollment. Previous roles at Ursuline Academy of Dallas included Acting Academic Dean, where mediation and faculty supervision were key responsibilities, as well as Director of Studies for Math, Science, and Computer Science, focusing on curriculum development and faculty coaching. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Technology from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Statistics, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
