Kathleen Laborde Ed.d.

Kathleen Laborde Ed.D. serves as a Professor of Instruction and Curriculum Coordinator at The University of Texas at San Antonio since August 2014, specializing in Freshmen persistence within an Hispanic Serving Institution. In addition, Kathleen Laborde has been the Finance Officer at River City Hydraulics since 1992, contributing to the company's reputation as a leading utility hydraulics expert in south central Texas and advising the company president on financial matters. Previously, Kathleen Laborde was an Adjunct Faculty member at Northwest Vista College from 2004 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio, an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Trinity University.
