Bryan B. Blair

Bryan B. Blair has a strong background in athletics administration. Most recently, they served as the Vice President & Director of Athletics for The University of Toledo Athletic Department starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Washington State University as the Deputy AD/COO from August 2018 to May 2022, where they oversaw a significant portion of the department's employees and revenue and served as the sport administrator for multiple sports. Before that, they held the position of Senior Associate Athletic Director at Rice University from February 2014 to August 2018, where they were part of the senior leadership team and served as a sport administrator for several sports. Bryan also gained experience in compliance services at the University of South Carolina Athletics Department and as a Compliance Coordinator at Rice University Athletics. Bryan B. has also worked for the Houston Texans and the NCAA in various roles.

Bryan B. Blair has a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Bryan B. also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Wofford College. Additionally, they have obtained a Comprehensive Fund Development Certificate from Rice University.
