Alan Crofts is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in service delivery, business analysis, and system support. Currently serving as the IT SDC Manager at The University of Western Australia since November 2015, Alan is responsible for IT Service Delivery and has held various roles including IT Business Advisor and Business Analyst, contributing to significant university transformation projects. Prior to this, Alan worked in multiple companies such as Solution Minds, Macmahon, and VDM Group Limited, where responsibilities included system administration, application support, and business analysis within complex environments. Alan's early career included significant experience at Georgia Pacific GB Ltd, managing IT support for a large user base. Alan holds certifications in Business & Finance and possesses key technical skills in Microsoft systems and vendor management.
