Phil Norris

Phil Norris has extensive experience in IT management and infrastructure, currently serving as Senior Manager of Network and Systems at The University of Western Australia since September 2011. In this role, Phil provides strategic leadership for Networks, Systems, Datacentre Operations, and Engineering teams, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of technology for over 30,000 staff and students. Previous positions include IT Service Delivery Manager and Infrastructure Manager at The University of Western Australia, as well as Project Lead in Enterprise Architecture and IT Manager. Phil has also held various roles at Advanced Personnel Management, BT Global Services, Accenture, NHS Connecting for Health, Prometric, North Yorkshire County Council, ABB, and SITA UK, primarily focusing on service management, project engineering, and technical support.
