Sonya Redmond

Sonya Redmond serves as Chief Of Staff and Executive Officer to The Vice-Chancellor at The University of Western Australia, a position held since December 2017. Previously, Sonya Redmond worked at Curtin University from January 2016 to December 2017, initially as School Business Manager during a faculty restructure and previously as Team Leader for Operations and Administration. Sonya Redmond's earlier experience includes roles such as Financial and Strategic Development Officer and Executive Assistant at The University of Western Australia, along with various positions at UTS: University of Technology Sydney and the University of New South Wales. Sonya Redmond holds a Bachelor in Business Studies with Accounting from Waterford Institute of Technology and has pursued further education in mediation and company directorship.
