Sheridan Meriwether is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social work and consulting. Currently serving as the CEO and Owner of The Compassionate Connection since March 2022, Sheridan also contributes as a Consultant for Financial Education Services Inc. since December 2018, and has held roles as a Therapeutic Family Clinician and Clinical Supervisor at The Up Center since March 2013. Previous experiences include consulting for Ambit Energy, family consulting at Carpe Diem of Virginia, and providing administrative support at Power In Praise Ministries. Sheridan has a foundational role in mental health as a Child Mental Health Wrap-around Therapist at Phoenix Mental Health and as an Intake Coordinator at Phoenix Behavioral Health. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from Delaware State University.
