The Up Center
Teresa Stafford is an experienced social work professional with a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management from The University of Georgia, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. Currently serving as the Counseling Program Coordinator at The Up Center since March 2021, Teresa has previously held roles such as Community Investments and Engagement Manager at United Way of South Hampton Roads, No Wrong Door Coordinator at Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia, and Facilitator for Bridges Out of Poverty at Pocono Alliance. Additionally, Teresa has a background in leadership positions including Assistant Director and Project Coordinator at United Way of Greenville County, and experience as a Graduate Assistant during academic studies.
