Gemma Hale

Gemma Hale is currently the Head of Development at The Up Group. Prior to this, they were the People Director at The Up Group from May 2008 to March 2017. From October 2007 to April 2008, they worked as an Executive search at BYT. Gemma has extensive experience in commercial highflying, product management, marketing, and operations across eCommerce, Online Payments, Digital Media, and Finance.

Gemma Hale has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Reading.
