Oula Antere

Oula Antere has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2009, they worked as a Development Manager at aTalent Recruiting, where they focused on student marketing and promotion. In 2011, they worked as an eBusiness Specialist at the Bank of Montreal, performing data analysis and business environment research. At Radical Design Week 2012, Oula served as a Project Manager. Oula then worked as a Factory Assistant at Aalto-Tongji Design Factory from 2011 to 2013. At Aalto University, Oula was a Digital Exam Intrapreneur from 2013 to 2014. Oula joined KONE as a Master's Thesis Worker in 2014. Oula then worked as a Junior Associate at McKinsey & Company from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they held various positions at ResQ Club, including Product Owner, CEO, and Part-Time Advisor. Oula also worked as a Project Researcher at emmy.network in 2018, supporting complex systems research. Currently, they are employed at The Upright Project as a Data & Code (Full-stack Web Developer), where they are responsible for crafting an analytics tool using technologies such as Typescript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

Oula Antere started their education journey by attending Kuopio Secondary High School of Music and Dance from 2002 to 2005. Oula then went on to pursue a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Technology, specializing in Information Networks (Major: Knowledge intensive business) at Aalto University from 2007 to 2015. In 2010, Oula participated in the Nordic Centre Summer School: Introduction to Modern China at Fudan University. Oula also had a non-degree exchange program at Tongji University from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Chinese language, society, and economy studies.
