Topias Sipilä

Topias Sipilä started their work experience as a Market Analyst at Fortum in 2015. Topias then worked as an Account Manager at aTalent Recruiting from November 2014 to December 2015. In 2016, they were a Global Intern at McKinsey & Company for three months. In 2017, they had roles as an Analyst Intern at MCF Corporate Finance and as an Investment Trainee at Intera Partners. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate and later as a Consultant. Currently, they are the Head of Private Equity and Venture Capital at The Upright Project, starting in January 2022.

Topias Sipilä began their education at Helsingin Suomalainen Yhteiskoulu, where they completed their high school degree from 2002 to 2012. Topias then attended Aalto University from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management. Afterward, they pursued further studies at Aalto University from 2017 to 2019, completing a Master of Science degree in Strategy and Venturing. Additionally, in 2018 to 2019, Topias Sipilä attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Management and Strategy.
