Mark Gross

Mark Gross has extensive experience in leadership positions across various sectors, primarily within the grocery and technology industries. Currently serving as Co-Chairman at Northeast Grocery Inc since November 2018, Mark Gross also holds board member roles with Acosta and Diebold Nixdorf, where responsibilities include Chairing the Audit and Nominating/Governance Committees, respectively. Previously, Mark Gross was Executive Chairman at Southeastern Grocers and Chief Executive Officer at SUPERVALU. With a background that includes ownership of Surry Investment Advisors, Co-President of C&S Wholesale Grocers, and legal experience at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Mark Gross brings a diverse array of expertise to boardroom settings. Academic credentials include a BA in History from Dartmouth College and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
