Rena Thomas

Rena Thomas has a diverse professional background spanning various roles in customer service, support, and logistics. Currently serving as a Loss Mitigation Specialist at GM Financial since November 2019, Rena also holds a position as a Support Analyst at American Airlines from February 2017. Additional experience includes roles as an Inventory Specialist and Floral Designer at The USA Bouquet Co since November 2014, and a Travel Agent at Effervescent Travel Agency from August 2016 to October 2018.
