James Kinnard

James Kinnard is the Founder/CEO of Useful Group, where he leads a team that helps businesses, nonprofits, and important causes be more effective. Prior to this, James worked as a Productivity Coach at What's Best Next and as the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications at Crossway. He also has experience as a Marketing Director and Manager in various roles. James has a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and Theology from Wheaton College, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Aurora University.
