Renske Jongbloed

Renske Jongbloed has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Renske is currently working at The Valley - CX Agency as the Head of UX. Prior to this, they worked at Frits as the Customer Experience Lead and Product Owner of the CXO team. At Valtech, they held various roles including Mentor/Lead UX, Senior Customer Experience Consultant, and UX Designer. Renske also worked at Simplefly as a UX designer and Product Owner. Before transitioning to the field of UX, Renske worked at Erasmus University Rotterdam in different roles such as Project Manager Library Innovation, Information Specialist, Inhouse Designer, and Information-intermediary. Renske also owned their own design company, Jongbloed Design. Additionally, they have experience as a Recruiter at Talent&Pro and as a Trainee International Cooperation at Kontakt der Kontinenten. Renske served as the President of B.I.T.O.N. Studentenvereniging.

Renske Jongbloed earned a Master's degree in International Relations with a focus on Conflict Studies from Utrecht University between the years 2001 and 2008. In addition, they obtained various certifications in Design Thinking facilitation, Advanced Google Analytics, Scrum Master, Databases, Prince II Practitioner, Lean, Informatics, Prince II Foundation, Interaction Design, and Didactic Skills between the years 2011 and 2019.
