Amy Burton, MBA, is a seasoned professional in executive search and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Search Consultant at The Valtas Group, where expertise is applied to leadership transitions for social enterprises. As the Founder and Managing Partner of A Burton & Associates, LLC, Amy specializes in retained search and recruiting consulting across diverse sectors including non-profit, high technology, life sciences, and global health. Previous experience includes a role as Recruiting Manager for the Global Health Program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and a progressive career at Nastech, culminating as Recruiting Manager. Amy holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Seattle University and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
