Currently serving as the Partner/Search Practice Leader at The Valtas Group, Ed also has experience as Chief Of Staff at The Practicing Musician and Founder/Principal Consultant at SQR2. With a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Psychology/Sociology, Ed has a wealth of knowledge in building and maintaining HR infrastructure, conducting executive search, and providing coaching and career counseling services.
