Charlie Janes, CEPA, has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Charlie is currently the CEO of Agile Customer Engagement, Inc and a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach at FocalPoint. Charlie also works as the CEO of Agile Customer Engagement, Inc at The Value Builder System™, specializing in business valuations, exit planning, and legacy wealth planning.

Previously, Charlie served as the owner of Right at Home West Palm Beach, where they focused on improving the lives of customers and their families through reliable and effective care. Charlie also worked as a Growth Consultant at Bright Machines, where they were recognized by Forbes Magazine and the World Economic Forum for being a promising AI company. In addition, Charlie held the position of Global Vice President Sales and Partnerships at Avaamo, helping the company quadruple its revenue and establish partnerships with notable brands.

Prior to that, Charlie was the Area Vice President-Mid-Market and Enterprise at Workday Adaptive Planning, where they improved consultative selling processes.
